For a long time now, men have been on the spot light on their sexual dysfunction. It is actually very easy to forget that women can also have a sexual dysfunction too and just like men they are looking for a solution to these dysfunction. A lot of things can cause a dysfunction in a woman. Studies have shown that the sexual dysfunction affect about 30 to 50 percent of couples. This is a very big number of people who are affected. This dysfunction occurs because a woman is tired or can not get an orgasm or they do not get aroused at all. Female Viagra used for treatment women sexual dysfunction.
There are some women who can barely get aroused at all and no matter how hard a man tries to get their body stimulated they fail miserably. This could be because the woman is anxious about something or they are thinking too hard. Studies have indicated that failure of some women to feel aroused occurs in about 15 percent of the women population. The man might be left thinking that the woman does not love him and his better off leaving her than hanging on to someone he can barely turn on. Leaving is not necessary though. What you need to do is for both of you to seek some sort of professional help. This is because what she has is a sexual dysfunction that can be taken care of and with time maybe corrected. Dont loose a great love by thinking she simply doesnt love you.
There are some women who do not get an orgasm during sexual intercourse. It has actually been observed that about 40 percent of the women cannot get an orgasm during sex but could get one if they stimulated themselves or the man did it for them after the act. So if you have never had an orgasm during sex do not be scared and think you are abnormal, there are other women just like you who have never had an orgasm during sex and its just a sexual dysfunction that can be fixed. There could be several things that the man could not have done that is making you not to have an organism. This includes not providing you with the right amount of stimulation or not having enough foreplay.

Migraines are recurrent headaches that can be disabling. Up to 17 percent of women and 6 percent of men have experienced a migraine. Migraine headaches are less common than tension headaches. About 6% of all men and 18% of all women experience a migraine headache at some time. Migraine headache occurs on one or both sides of the head. The pain is typically pulsating or throbbing in nature. Nausea, with or without vomiting, as well as sensitivity to light and sound often accompany migraines. Migraines are made worse by activity, bright lights and bright noises. In most cases, migraine attacks are occasional, or sometimes as often as once or twice a week, but not daily. Women who have migraines often find that their headaches occur or worsen around the time of their menstrual periods.
One unique feature of migraines is an unusual sensation that a migraine is about to occur. This sensation is called a prodrome. Prodrome symptoms can include fatigue, hunger and nervousness. Not all people who get migraines have prodromes.
An aura is a complex of neurological symptoms that occur just before or at the onset of migraine headache. An aura involves a disturbance in vision that may consist of brightly colored or blinking lights in a pattern that moves across the field of vision. Most patients with migraine have attacks without aura. About one in five migraine sufferers experiences an aura.
Treatment
How your migraines are treated will depend on the frequency and severity of attacks. People who have a headache several times per year often respond well to nonprescription pain relievers.

When I was in Reykjavk last month, all of the leaves on the trees in our neighborhood decided to fall, all at once. My front and back yard was buried in leaves.
It's an irony that despite having pulled out trees almost every year we've lived here -- seven years now -- it seems that the number of leaves remains constant. Some years I've ignored them; some years I've bagged them; some years I've mowed them into mulch; some years we've hired landscapers to take them away. Most years they've been taken to the transfer station; sometimes they were dumped behind the back yard, over our fence.
This year we did it ourselves, using a commercial-quality rental leaf blower on three wheels, and with the help of the kids. It turned into a five-hour trial from hell, thanks to almost constant rain and freezing rain.
We could not have picked a worse weekend to pick up leaves. The rain started shortly before we began raking and continued throughout -- it was cold, wet, miserable work, and the leaves got heavier as the day wore on, only partly due to our fatigue -- we were all soaked to the bone by the time we were done, and Bonnie didn't appreciate all the extra laundry we piled up with muddy, dirt-encrusted and leaf-filthed clothing.
The upside is that the lawn and the driveway look nice now, and it'll be less effort to remove snow from the driveway and walkway once the winter hits.

In late August of 2006 I took a one week course of Levaquin for a gastrointestinal infection I believe I contracted from eating at a fast food establishment. The reason I chose Levaquin was because I knew that it had a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against enteric pathogens, and because after talking to one of my Doctor friends, he had some samples of Levaquin which would save me a costly pharmacy charge. My gastrointestinal infection was accompanied by fever, chills, nausea, weakness and diarrhea. I did not want to wait a week to see a doctor and it is difficult for me to find someone to fill in at the operating room where I work as an anesthesiologist.
Soon after taking the Levaquin I immediately seemed to worsen. In the first days of starting the medication I began to experience feeling of burning heat in my skin and profound insomnia. I developed the burning skin in all parts of my body an it became painful. I developed progressive anxiety, insomnia, a wierd buzzing sensation upon sleeping and waking, deep muscle pain, muscle fasciculations, mild diffuse tendon pain, cold extremities, tremor, muscle weakness tinnitus, mild jaundice, white stools, ongoing diarrhea, esophageal reflux and GI distress and weight loss, and eventually numb skin everywhere (particularly feet and hands).
The last 22 months have been the hardest experience of my life and I have suffered tremendously from taking Levaquin and have met hundreds of others who have also suffered. My life was altered in many ways and I have difficulty enjoying life due to the physical limitations caused by the drug. I developed the following problems directly attributed to the drug.
Central Nervous System: I developed many CNS symptoms and abnormalities including elevated Intracranial Pressure measured on spinal tap. Profound persistent insomnia and sleep transition disturbance, with attacks similar to hypnogogia (despite the fact that my sleep study showed no sleep apnea). For many months I was unable to transition past stage 2 sleep. I developed severe and persistent anxiety with panic attacks. I had never experienced this until after age 43. I have been in many stressful situations throughout my life and have been able to remain calm and focused. I was an emergency room doctor for 9 years and have worked in the operating room since then. I have been through two medical residencies receiving the highest honors in both. I have been involved in countless life or death patient situations and have been known for my cool head and decisiveness. I didn’t know what anxiety and panic where until after Levaquin.
I developed tinnitus in both ears that progressively worsened for months and with loss of hearing. I have visual photosensitivity and vitreous floaters. I have numbness and paresthesias in the distribution of all the sensory cranial nerves (my whole head and face feels numb). I have fasciculations and weakness in motor cranial nerves. I have pressure associated palsies in nerves of the face and head. The spinal tap that I had resulted in a post- dural puncture headache which necessitated that I undergo an epidural blood patch for resolution of the headache.
During the first months of the medical evaluation of my condition, I underwent the following tests: Brain MRI, PET scan, EEG, sleep study, spinal fluid analysis. The only abnormality on these tests was the finding of mildly elevated spinal fluid opening pressure which is a known adverse reaction to fluoroquinolones. I was evaluated by a local neurologist and again by neurologists at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. No firm diagnosis was made. No one considered the possibility of a neurotoxic reaction to fluoroquinolones.
Peripheral Nervous System: This has been my biggest struggle. I have chronic painful peripheral neuropathy. I have toxic small fiber neuropathy of all of the skin of my body, but my feet and hands and genitals have suffered the most. I have continual loss of sensation in feet hands and skin everywhere with associated paresthesias of pain and burning. I have had pain in many areas of sensory nerve distribution in particular in my back. My feet are continually painful and this makes it difficult to walk any distance. Before taking the medication I enjoyed hiking, weight lifting, biking, canyoneering and running. I am a father of young children and am no longer able to participate in activities with them which involve any prolonged standing or walking, let alone running or hiking. I was active and physically fit before Levaquin. The constant pain in my feet has made me sedentary. I also have motor nerve involvement with body wide muscle fasciculations, weakness in many muscles and mild spasticity in my lower legs with activity. During the first months of my illness from Levaquin I had 2 EMGs and nerve conduction tests which showed slowing of peripheral nerve conduction velocities. My initial EMGS were before the continued and worsening progression of my nerve injuries. I was also noted to have decreased sensation in my extremities on neurologic examination.
Autonomic Nervous System: I developed postural hypotension that took over a year to improve. I had abnormal sudomotor (sweat response) and Sinus tachycardia for many months. I had temporary incomplete bladder emptying and temporary erectile dysfunction for months. I had autonomic testing which showed abnormal sweat response. I continued after the autonomic testing to have postural hypotension, erectile dysfunction and bladder dysfunction. Fortunately these problems have somewhat resolved.
Cardiovascular System: In the first several months after taking the Levaquin I developed persistant sinus tachycardia which gradually resolved. I have suffered from Raynauds phenomenon with very uncomfortable almost painful cold feet and hands. I believe this is probably secondary to the autonomic dysregulation of vascular tone in my extremities from nerve damage. I am sure that the sedentary lifestyle imposed by my painful feet is not helping my cardiovascular risk profile. In the first months of my drug reaction I which showed good cardiovascular fitness. This was before the progressive neuropathy reached its peak and before the 2 years of sedentary lifestyle.
Musculoskeletal System: I developed wide spread tendon, joint and muscle pain which has persisted for nearly two years. I have painful ankle, knee, hip, hand and wrist, and shoulder joints and tendons. The joint and tendon pain was not apparent immediately but came on gradually within a week of stopping the medication. I had an avulsion injury of my ulnar styloid with just minimal lifting and chronic pain associated with it. Many of my ligaments and tendons have a “loose” feeling and I am careful about undue stress on them. I know that tendon and joint injury are the more well known adverse reactions to fluoroquinolones but they have been secondary compared to my nerve injuries and pain.
Endocrine Sytem: Soon after taking the Levaquin I had a thorough endocrine workup. I was found to have a very low testosterone. I was also found to have anti-thyroid antibodies and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, but my thyroid function was still normal.
Gastrointestinal System: Initially for many months after taking levaquin I had severe ongoing abdominal discomfort, bloating, diarrhea, and heartburn, and I lost 31 pounds. In the first days after taking the Levaquin I developed white stools, and dark urine. I was found to have elevated liver enzymes. I had 2 CT scans, of my abdomen, 1 CT of my pelvis, 1 CT of my chest, and an upper GI with small bowel follow through.
I was evaluated by many doctors during my initial workup. None of them were able to link my condition to my Levaquin use. I was prescribed antidepressants and sleep aids and much head scratching and poor follow up was done. In the first 3 months I saw 1 ER doctor, 3 internists, 2 Endocrinologists, 2 Neurologists, 1 gastroenterologist, 1 psychiatrist, and 1 pulmonary and critical care specialist. I had thousands of dollars of blood tests, urine tests, radiological tests etc. I became frustrated with my colleagues in their inability to find the problem and began researching my condition on my own. I corresponded with many other doctors and finally was able to recognize fluoroquinolone toxicity after talking to Dr. David Flockhart of Indiana University.
As you can probably tell this has made a negative impact in many areas of my life. Just after becoming ill I was nominated to be the chairmen of my local anesthesia group and had to turn this down because of the health issues. I have greatly cut back on my work and have had to take many days off and try to work as little as possible. This has reduced my income. My duties to my family have been difficult since I have barely been able to provide for them.
I have also found many other patients who have suffered the same symptoms from Levaquin and other fluoroquinolones. A few months ago I began to keep a tally of patients who I know in my local community. The list is growing and includes 3 other members of my local medical staff, two of whom had serious tendon rupture. This is obviously much more common than the public and doctors are led to believe and the cellular damage done by the fluoroquinolones is not limited to tendon disruption in select population. The true damage to patients involves multiple body systems in patients of all ages.

The U.S. Congress Sends Mixed Message On Indonesian Military
The U.S. Senate voted against giving the human rights abuses countering the Houses vote to reinstate funding and training for the Indonesian military.
President George W. Bush and Condoleezza Rice had been pushing for a full restoration of all military ties to Indonesia because of the ongoing terrorist threat but the persistence of human rights abuses and the corrupt nature of the Indonesian military and political system are problematic when considering the legitimacy of such an idea.
The Indonesian military has a long way to go before it becomes an accountable institution that respects human rights and civilian authority, states Karen Orenstein of East Timor and Indonesia Action Network (ETAN)
The U.S. House of Representatives had passed a bill in June restoring full military aid to Indonesia. On this, Republican congressman from West Michigan, Pete Hoekstra says, U.S. policy towards Indonesia focuses on assisting and providing humanitarian assistance. Lingering concerns exist regarding human rights issues and violence in places such as Aceh and West Papua. In 2005 the Secretary of State (Condoleezza Rice) certified that Indonesia has met the requirements for International Military Education and Training [IMET).
IMET parallels the School of The Americans now The Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation both training schools having reputations for churning out soldiers and police that frequently turn up on lists of human rights abusers or worse. While IMET training takes place in the U.S. another program, Joint Combined Exchange Training [JCET] sends special forces teams to other countries, particularly Indonesia. Chalmers Johnson, in his book cites JCET training as a direct link to Indonesian rapes and murders of civilians in Indonesia. Johnsons more recent book, The Sorrow of Empire, gives an updated account of U.S. empire.
The U.S.s historical relationship with Indonesia is a sordid one. It first came to light when Alan L. Pope, an American pilot, was shot down while on a bombing run over the Indonesian archipelago, after had bombed a church and an outdoor market on May 18, 1958. The U.S. had orchestrated B-26 bombing and strafing raids on the civilian population in an attempt to destabilize the Sukarno government. The number of civilians deaths appear to have been significant but actual numbers have never been established.
In 1962 the Kennedy administration informed Sukarno that the U.S. would support the Indonesian militarys invasion and occupation of West Papua. Seven years later the Nixon administration recognized the results of a rigged, fraudulent vote in which 1,022 people voted to join Indonesia, in a population of over 800,000. The U.S. recognized this as a legitimate agreement of the Papuan population to join Indonesia. In government documents declassified last year and available on the National Security Archive web site it is shown that the Indonesian takeover of West Papua and fraudulent vote, dubbed a free choice by Indonesia and the U.S. was illegitimate and a deception. For 36 years now West Papua has been exploited and abused by the Indonesian military, International Corporations and almost continuous support of the U.S. government. Murders and rapes and forced removal from their land at the hand of the military was becoming commonplace. A U.S. corporation with close ties to the military and notoriety because of its treatment of its workers and the surrounding population in Papua is Freeport, a copper and gold mining company associated with Henry Kissinger.
In 1965 the U.S. played a significant role in the overthrow of Sukarno and the subsequent murders of over 500,000 people. In one of the worst mass murders in world history within a short period of time huge numbers of people, sometimes whole families were rounded up and evacuated. Many were members of the PKI, Indonesias Communist party with an estimated 1 million members, others were random victims. Hundreds of thousands became political prisoners. One of those, Pramoedya Ananta Toer, who was sympathetic with the PKI, was placed in an island concentration camp for 17 years. Pramoedya is Indonesians most famous writer. To this day, those involved in this crime against humanity remain free.
The military and Suharto had said their justification for their massive crime was an iminent takeover of Indonesia b y the PKI. In recent years documents have proven this excuse to have been a fabrication. From 1965 until 1999 the Indonesian dictatorship had received the support of the U.S. government.
Ten years after the mass murder of over half a million leftists, East Timor, having just received her independence from being a Portuguese colony was invaded by the Indonesian military, and again, with the blessing of the U.S. government. Gerald R. Ford and Henry Kissinger gave the green light and subsequently shipped the Indonesians M-16 rifles and other military equipment. Result, forcible takeover of a small country of 800,000 people, mostly very poor. Within a short period of time 200,000 civilians were killed in the takeover largely with the U.S. supplied rifles. The U.S. supported the events in East Timor until 1991. When an infamous massacre occurred that was covered by the world press only then did the U.S. government restrict some weapons from going to the Indonesian military. In 1998 an Australian newspaper, The Age, had a small report of the discovery of oil in East Timor territorial waters. In 1999 when East Timor voted for independence from Indonesia the U.S. and Australia, Britain and the U.N. supported its move for independence. The Indonesian response was to burn down and destroy as much of the newly independent country on their way out.
Aceh in Indonesias north west is a mostly poor, primarily Muslim area that was hardest hit by last years Tsunami. Fishing was the primary source of income for many Acehanese when the Tsunami hit. Over 100,000 were said to be lost in the area.
About 30 years ago oil and natural gas deposits were discovered in the Aceh region but the people never saw any of the benefits. an Aceh independence movement was formed, GAM. That has been battling the Indonesian government since 1976 with over 10,000 deaths related to the conflict. A peace agreement was just signed but it is unknown if it will hold. No doubt the U.S. and Australia have a keen interest in access to the large oil and natural gas deposits in the area.
The Bush administration and those in congress who wish to fully normalize relations with the Indonesian government and restore weapons sales and training to the Indonesian military would be to help in propping up and giving assistance to a corrupted system. This would not be anything new. The U.S. has been doing this with Indonesia for 50 years. The approximately one million deaths in Indonesia committed by the Indonesian military from 1965 on, in a large part had to do with U.S. hegemony, hubris, and greed. It is time for some decency, not business as usual. For updates on Indonesia check out etan.org or tapol.gn.apc.org.

The NIAAA estimates that 5.3 million American women drink in a way that threatens their health, safety, and well being, and that of their families.
Although fewer women than men drink, women who drink heavily equal or surpass men in the number of problems related to alcohol use. Here are some alarming facts from the USDA and the NIAAA:
Drinking more than seven drinks per week increases a womans chances of abusing or becoming dependent on alcohol.
More than one drink per day can increase a womans risk for motor vehicle accidents.
Heavy drinking is associated with a womans increased risk of becoming a victim of violence and sexual assault.
Women are more likely than men to develop serious and/or fatal alcoholic liver diseases such as hepatitis and cirrhosis.
Women may be more vulnerable to alcohol-induced brain damage, increasing the risk of developing Alzheimers disease.
Alcohol is believed to be associated with an increased risk of breast cancer, as well as several other types of cancers.
Heavy drinking is a leading cause of cardiovascular diseases. Heart disease is the #1 killer of women over age 50.
Heavy alcohol use has been shown to increase the risk of osteoporosis by decreasing bone density and weakening the bones.
Many medications, both prescription and over-the-counter, can become harmful when mixed with alcohol.
Certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, ulcers, and diabetes can worsen with alcohol use.
Adolescent girls who drink have a higher risk of driving fatalities, sexual assault, consequences of unsafe sex (sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy), bone loss, behavior and learning problems, and developing a chronic alcoholic dependency.
Older women have a reduced ability to cope with the effects of alcohol. Age-related conditions such as sleep problems, depression, falls, poor diet, heart disease and stroke may be worsened or even caused by excess alcohol use.
Many heavy drinkers tend to smoke cigarettes, which cause numerous serious health problems. The combination can lead to even more serious health consequences.
Women who drink heavily are linked to increased rates of clinical depression and a higher risk of suicide than men.
Women who are alcoholics have death rates 50 to 100 percent higher than those of male alcoholics, including deaths from suicides, accidents; heart disease, stroke, and liver disease.
Pregnancy and Alcohol Use
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Preventions (CDC) National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, fetal alcohol syndrome (FAS) can occur if a woman drinks alcohol during pregnancy. Described as a condition characterized by abnormal facial features, growth retardation, and central nervous system problems, FAS causes physical disabilities and problems with learning, memory, attention, problem solving, and social/behavioral problems.
According to the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (NOFAS), the physical and behavioral problems can last a lifetime. Drinking during pregnancy may also increase the risk of having a baby with alcohol-related neuro developmental disorder, according to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
These children have alcohol-induced cognitive and behavioral problems without the characteristic facial or growth abnormalities of children with FAS. Children with neuro developmental disorder have IQs less than 70 (as do kids with FAS) and may have problems with attention, reaction time, and recognition memory.
A woman must keep in mind that if she drinks alcohol, so does her unborn baby. According to the CDC, there is no known safe amount of alcohol to drink while pregnant and there is no safe time to drink during pregnancy. The CDC recommends that women abstain from drinking alcohol at any time during pregnancy or if they are considering becoming pregnant.

I got a new handlebar, Bontrager Race X lite riser. I had to cut my old grips off, and per Michelle's suggestion I went with the pink bar tape. It clashes pretty badly but I sorta dig it. I started base training November 1, so I'm three days in and it feels really good to be back into a routine and back to "training" instead of just riding. I am sure i'll have more updates to follow.

Panic Attacks - How to Overcome Them By : xxalex
Anxiety attacks are often triggered by highly stressful situations. Most anxiety attacks sufferers rush to the emergency room when experimenting their first panic attack, which is not really what should be done. They soon realize that it is only anxiety what makes them feel this way and they usually further seek for medication and help. I am not against medication, I have never been, however medication did not help me, it may reduce the level of your anxiety but it is not the cure.

While families across the country pop open bottles of wine next week to enjoy during their holiday meal—and couch quarterbacks make regular runs to the fridge for another beer—Thanksgiving is also an appropriate time for a good cocktail. But a simple vodka tonic or whisky on the rocks is much too pedestrian for the special occasion; you need something that takes a little thought but not too much work—there is, after all, so much preparation going on already—and that above all touches on the season. For my preprandial Thanksgiving cocktail, I'm fixing the Falling Leaves.
Created by New York mixological maestro Audrey Saunders, the Falling Leaves is a great autumn drink that works well as a conversation starter as guests arrive. Not only rich and flavorful, the Falling Leaves packs less of an alcoholic wallop than a typical cocktail, so you'll be able to enjoy your drink without throwing yourself off stride while putting the finishing touches on the meal—and maybe even mix a second round at halftime.

Since my other thread went down in the dumps. Im starting a fresh new one, that is about and only about appreciating Anand-Milinds Music.
I was listening to a bunch of their soundtracks today, and I severely miss their talent.
Im going start with imo one of their best soundtrack
oh and notice how its a movie from the Bhatt camp, they always have top-notch music
Milan 1994:
Kahin To Milegi, is there a single composer out there today that can create such a lilting piece like this one?? Masterpiece, everyone listen to this song right away if you havent. Abhijeet has never sounded better.
Aa Jaa Na, omg this is just a masterpiece like above, the old stlye done contemporary. Kavita and Abhijeet sound amazing together and this just proof.
Aansoo Judaai Ka, a branch of Jeeye to Jeeye from Saaajan, but still has its own distinction. Beautifully sung by the underrated Sadhana Sargam and Pankaj Udas. I miss these Dard Bhare geets, this was just a perfect song by all means. Great use of the piano and jhankar.
Aanewali Milan Ki Gaadi, typical A-M style done with good lyrics and singing by Abhijeet.
Ladki Jab Aaye is another good one, one of those tapori types but with an amazing tune and singing by Kavita and Kumar Sanu
Ek Baat Batoon was probably the most heard of song from this movie, and its good though it was one of those typical tunes from A-M at the time.

Ok, so you decided you want or need a wireless phone. You have some idea of what you want. But oh, the choices and decisions to make!
Selecting a phone is not so bad but all those wireless plans is just absolutely confusing. Believe me you are not alone, wireless plans are probably the most confusing aspect of this entire market.
In fact, there are books that are written just on this subject alone to help unravel all this confusion that providers sell. So lets get started and try to give you some basics on finding the best plan that will suit your style and your budget!
There is a huge selection of wireless phone plans to choose from today. But the question is, how do you choose the best wireless plans?
Dependent on your location, you could have as much as five or more providers that offer services in your area and each one has a variety of plans for you to consider, according to your needs and intended usage.
It is very important that you do your homework before meeting with a provider so you know exactly what you need them to offer you.
Lets take a look at what you need to consider.
It is critically important that you know how much local, regional, and national coverage you are going to need in your plan.
If you travel alot out of your region, you probably should consider one of the nationwide plans in order to be covered. Once you have decided on the coverage you need, then you need to consider the number of minutes you can expect to use each month. By looking at previous bills or prepaid card receipts you should be able to work this out fairly easily in an effort to find the best wireless plans.
The size and type of phone that you need is usually determined by the options you want to include. If you are planning on using the phone to send and receive email, then you will need one of the higher-end phones that are Internet ready and that comes with a plan that offers economical rates for data transmission.
If you do not need internet access, then you can get all the features you need in a phone that is much less in price.
Frequently, service providers offer you a reduction in the cost of the phone with the purchase of their plan. The best wireless plans generally are either a one-year or a two-year contract.
But before you sign up for service, be sure you have a clear understanding of the terms of contract termination. This is critically important!
If you have to move or break your contract for whatever reason, there can be and in every plan I have studied a sizeable penalty which can at times be equal to the monthly repayment multiplied by the number of months remaining on the contract, so it is important that you know and understand every part of the contract before you sign it and are aware of any exit clauses that exist.
I cant stress this enough. Thoroughly read and understand your contract before signing. You certainly dont want to have Murphys Law kick in and find out that you have to pay two hundred or more dollars to cancel your service.
